Start With the Situation.
You do not need to know which Foundation service, discipline, or resource you need before reaching out. Tell us what you are trying to understand, solve, evaluate, or accomplish. We can start there.
How Can Foundation Help?
Sometimes the need is clear. You may need something inspected, a project reviewed, an operating problem examined, or help evaluating a decision.
Other situations are harder to define. You may know something is not working without knowing exactly why. You may be considering several possible directions. Or you may simply need another perspective before deciding what comes next.
That is enough to begin.
Describe the situation as you understand it. Foundation can help determine whether the appropriate next step is inspection, consulting, an existing resource, further investigation, or something outside our current capabilities.
Reasons to Reach Out
Inspection & Evaluation
You need a property, system, process, project, condition, or recurring problem examined more carefully.
Consulting & Problem Solving
You understand the problem—or part of it—but need help evaluating options, priorities, risks, systems, or the path forward.
Education & Knowledge
You have a question, subject, lesson, or practical problem that may benefit from an educational resource, Journal entry, Knowledge Card, or deeper examination.
Publications & Collaboration
You are contacting Foundation regarding a publication, original work, research idea, professional collaboration, or another opportunity that may align with the organization’s work.
You Don’t Need to Diagnose the Problem First
One of the easiest ways to delay solving a problem is to spend too much time trying to decide what category it belongs in.
Start with what you know.
What is happening? What are you trying to accomplish? What concerns you? What have you already tried? What constraints are you working within?
Those details are often more useful than selecting the perfect service from a list.
What Happens Next?
Foundation will review the information you provide and determine the most appropriate next step.
That may mean asking a few additional questions, scheduling a conversation, identifying an appropriate service or resource, or explaining that the situation requires expertise outside Foundation’s current capabilities.
The objective is not to force every question into a Foundation service. It is to understand the situation well enough to identify a useful next step.
Contact Foundation
Tell us a little about what you’re working through. A brief description is enough to start the conversation.
